This policy explains what Tempe Home Service (TempeHomeService.com), run by VRM Engage, collects and how it is used.
Forms
When you send a quote request, a listing request or a listing update, we collect what you type in: name, phone, email, address or ZIP, and your message. We store it on our site and email it to us so we can follow up.
Quote requests are shared with businesses
A quote request is emailed to the business you picked, using the public email on their listing, with a copy to us. They can reply to you directly. Once they have it, their own privacy practices apply. We don't sell your information.
AI search
The project search box sends the text you type to OpenAI to match it with listings. Don't include personal details there. We keep short-term, anonymized counts (a hashed IP address) to limit abuse, and cache answers for a day.
Maps
Profile pages can show a Google Maps embed. It loads only when you scroll to it or tap "Show map". Google may then set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and caching
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Pages are cached by our host to load faster.
